Help Connect the Circuit

Do you share our vision of a 750-mile circuit of connected bicycle and pedestrian trails?

Join the Circuit Commitment Campaign!

The Circuit Commitment Campaign's goal is to secure $10 million for trail planning, design and construction.   We are asking County Commissioners & Freeholders from the nine regional counties who sit on the Board of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission to approve allocating $10 million to the Region Trail Fund to keep building out the Circuit.

You can help by taking the following three actions to convince County Commissioners & Freeholders to make a $10 million commitment to the Circuit:

  • Sign the Connect the Circuit petition

  • Ask a local business or employer to send a letter of support to your County Commissioners

  • Come to a County Commissioner or Freeholder hearing and help us ask for their support. (When you sign the petition, we will alert you when your county meeting will be held).

I support:

  • Funding trails in our region to make The Circuit the most comprehensive metropolitan trail system in the United States.

  • Biking and walking trails as an important and valuable method of transportation which deserves regional transportation funding.

  • The chance to bike or walk on trails all day long, whether I'm going north, south, east or west.
